Had initial group interview where they appeared to be looking for people who "fit the mold", and were willing to live and breathe the company culture. Put a bunch of people into a call and had them do introductions, that was pretty much it.

There's an automated virtual assessment interview as part of the application, where they'll ask you to record answers for 2 questions, followed by 2 rounds of interviews with an associate, manager, or director from the team.

How does your background align with the role you're applying for
This was a recorded interview. Mostly behavioral. Interface was simple but email assessment instructions did not describe that would be the environment. The assessment was on an online platform called Knockri.
