Asked a coding question and then behavioral round. They asked a simple coding question and then said to containerize it. And then they asked a situational based question and how would I respond to the situation

Contacted by the recruitment team, basic questions about the experience and technologies and why want to change. Next 2 technical rounds, followed by one hiring manager round. The entire process took hardly 2 weeks and everything was seamless. I like the way they scheduled interviews, the hiring team, interviewers and hiring manager value your time and mental state. They don't keep you waiting for the result of interviews. More importantly, all were very patient in answering all my questions about my role, work culture, the project I may be working on (if selected), and IBM future business perspective etc
