They did 2 technical round for me and 1 managerial. They have good process of interviewing and usually stick to the requirement.
The real problem arises during salary negotiation. They usually outsource hiring, so the consultancy agreed for X amount but when I was selected IBM offered me Y and it was just 20k more than what I was getting in my company so there was no point joining IBM.

They took 3 technical and 1 Managerial round. Questions were tough for 1st round but easier in subsequent rounds.however They never released offer or thought to provide feedback. HR kept on giving dates. Very exhausting.
very good, didn't face major hurdles in my interview.
first round is online
second round is at office
completed all remaining rounds on same day.
Delay from HR on response to the position.

The role was specific to SQL testing:
SQL basics to intermediate level questions, Followed by Python, Agile and work experience related questions.
All high-level technical questions with no programming challenges. I had two to three rounds. Interviewers were extremely nice. The entire process was smooth and done quickly. No issues or complaints.
