Colloquio
The process at IBM was quick. After submitting my resume, I had a 15-minute online conversation and an hour long home exercise. Then, I had an on-site interview with two engineers about digital system design and a programming question, followed by a shorter interview with the verification team manager.
Shortly after, they informed me I didn’t advance, explaining the reasons politely. Despite not getting the job, everyone was kind, and the experience was positive.
