Muy lento, mucha burocracia. Son varias entrevistas con diferentes personas, la planta está muy lejos lo cual lo hace mas complicado. No te dan informacion muy clada del proyecto al que estás aplicando.

Very easy going, laid back. Great environment. More questions about fit than technical questions. They have a wonderful culture and are looking for those who will align with their values.
Interview was good , 2007 joined ibm India .
In Bangalore.learned lot in ibm during working in ibm. Storage and service management worked in it during the tenure.different aspects of technology learned in it.
