heads up: this is a phone interview by HR, not a video interview. the interviewer was very helpful, i was given tips on what to prepare for the next stage, including what i should improve if i were to be asked the same question by the manager later on.

I have been contacted firstly by phone and i was given randomly questions about myself and technical questions. Then, one week later i got interview with 2 managers through skype about 1 and half. This it was about myself/resume/past experience and background. Then I had another part more technical and then we discussed technical things(salary, initial date). I have been told I was given an offer but still, after 2 weeks I haven't got it because they old me administrative probs" so they will get in contact with me later on...
