I had 6 phone interviews with IBM personnel from around the world prior to a half day interview in their offices. The entire process took in excess of 4 months. Then I heard nothing. When I emailed the coordinator, I was told that the position the had available was at a much lower level than my experience would allow for.

After submitting your job application, there will be a virtual cognitive test online. Thereafter, after successfully completing the tests, there will be 2 separate interviews with Human Resource and the Procurement Manager before being informed on the final result. The whole interview process was very efficient and concluded within less than a month.

Interview with three users, One in Indonesia, at the IBM office and two are His Superior in Singapore, with Webex. The interview mostly talking about my experiences and personal aspirations. A little bit boring since three interviewer was asking the same questions

Interviewed by two managers and one team lead. The questions were around how you would deal with conflict and I told several times that loyalty to IBM was important. However, was dropped after I mentioned that loyalty is a two way street. Overall, interview was short, and I got the offer letter before the interview.
