online application, fairly challenging online test and comprehensive assessment centre involving a logical test, interview, presentation and 3 group exercises. Interview was mainly competency based and the test was easier than the online one. The presentation was in a relatively relaxed atmosphere and no real challenging questions asked. The group exercises were generally good fun.
