Interview processing lasts approximately 1+ month.
First I passed online assessment, then phone interview, then two interviews with HR ares responsible & Area Director of Europe, Middle East and Africa. Then I got call that all interviews are positive and last step thry want me to meet with their team members just conversational meeting. After I did a meeting which was actually NOT conversational I didnt hear back for 2 weeks! After I contacted with them they just send me template reject letter. When I asked the reason why I couldn’t pass as all my 3 interviews eith heads were positive they didn’t even reply to me! Shame for such a big company as IBM!

Took some time and had to go through 3 phases I was interviewed in November and received an offer in January. The job description was not very clear. Discrepancy between what is explained and reality.
