The interview was an on-site interview, the manager gave me a tour around the facilities and then we got into the interview. The interview was mainly about concepts and there is no coding questions at all. However, there was a lot of questions about development processes and team work methods.

Colloquio
It was 3 interview, the whole process took 6 weeks. The first interview was a one to one situation with a HR person, about myself, my skills and my english knowledge. The second interview was with a PM person, about professional skills. The third interview was with two programmers about programming and networking skills.
