A month after applying, I got an email to complete an accommodation form to be able to go to the next step on the hiring process. A week after, I got an email for a video assessment I have to complete. Now I am here.

You will be presented with 2 video response questions to begin, then 1 written response question at the end. You will have 1 minute to prepare and 3 minutes to respond to each video question; and you will have 10 minutes to respond to the written question

There's an automated virtual assessment interview as part of the application, where they'll ask you to record answers for 2 questions, followed by 2 rounds of interviews with an associate, manager, or director from the team.

How does your background align with the role you're applying for
This was a recorded interview. Mostly behavioral. Interface was simple but email assessment instructions did not describe that would be the environment. The assessment was on an online platform called Knockri.

The interview was very friendly. I was able to talk a lot about skills and experience while the interviewer was curious as well. It was both mutually interested and really good experience
