I applied for the position of "Senior Software Engineer" on IBM's career website. Got a phone interview call after month. After the phone interview, received an onsite interview email after one month further. Interview was very easy, nothing difficult, basic behavioural questions. However when I received the offer, I saw that the job title got changed and they removed the word "Senior" from the job title. After analyzing the offer thoroughly with the benefits details, I realized that it is not competitive with respect to the market. Hence I decided to decline it.

They took 3 technical and 1 Managerial round. Questions were tough for 1st round but easier in subsequent rounds.however They never released offer or thought to provide feedback. HR kept on giving dates. Very exhausting.
very good, didn't face major hurdles in my interview.
first round is online
second round is at office
completed all remaining rounds on same day.
Delay from HR on response to the position.

The role was specific to SQL testing:
SQL basics to intermediate level questions, Followed by Python, Agile and work experience related questions.
All high-level technical questions with no programming challenges. I had two to three rounds. Interviewers were extremely nice. The entire process was smooth and done quickly. No issues or complaints.
