Online test followed by on-site interview which lasted an entire day. The online test was very difficult towards the end, but I passed it. (No score available) The on-site assesment centre consisted of many different bits, including excercises on teamwork, communication and a written test. Nothing technical though.

Asked various theoretical questions, mostly focusing on things to do with data. Asked questions about efficiency and how you would ensure it, as well as asking what experience I had with testing
