2 rounds
1st round: Technical screening which lasted 30 mins on the phone. Simple questions about Linux and what I have worked on, where I was working currently. This was done by the Manpower group.
2nd round: This was more in depth which lasted for 45 mins. In a Conference call with 4 IBM employees; a Senior Systems Engineer, System Architect, Project Manager & Application Engineer. Questions where more related to process and methods to resolving issues
I have been working in IBM since May 2015.The management of IBM is not that good as compare to other companies as in IBM most of the people at management level are not aware what their team members are doing in the team and towards the project.Most of the time they will be either on leave,away from their computers or work from home.But one thing for sure if you have good source in IBM you can progress in terms of increments nothing more you can learn from IBM culture.
