I had a phone interview on one day. Another day I went to the location. I gave a presentation on that day. After that some employees of IBM interviewed me.

Colloquio
It is two steps process. first is a phone interview, then 2nd is a on site interview. in onsite interview, 7-8 interviewers take interview. the candidate has also to give a seminar based on his/her research work.
