8 weeks from start-finish. Company seemed to have a somewhat cumbersome process in terms of timing (Line of Business wanted to accelerate, but HR had its own timeline). Everyone was very professional and by the book. Good people, but it's just a very very large firm (440,000 employees) so they have a process and they follow it
