Had 3 or 4 interviews with different leaders. Each had a different department, but similar questions. Wanted to get to know you and feel out intelligence and analytical thinking.

Give us an example where you previously used procurement knowledge and also high analytical thinking.
The process took awhile and they don’t really update your status. They would email from time to time but then would stop without updating you. But they would start with a cognitive test in a game type format.

Colloquio
Engaging conversation, good questions, and down to earth people. Really looking for someone that fits IBM’s culture along with having the necessary skills. Good mix of asking questions and letting the interviewee to ask questions as well.
