No me gusto que no hubo un acompañamiento correcto del proceso de selección. No se respondían las preguntas que realizaba. Lo que genero que no acepte la propuesta. Si bien era interesante la oferta, no me genero confianza para dar el paso de cambiar de empresa.

Las instancias son varias, pero cada una de las entrevistas tenían diferentes etapas y orientación dependiendo del puesto.
The interview process started with my background, technical experience, and career goals. This was followed by a technical discussion where I answered scenario-based Salesforce questions and talked about my past projects, including UI changes and integrations. Overall, the process assessed both communication skills and practical technical knowledge.

Interview was very good and focused on more Technical. They may ask all around from Salesforce Ecosystem.
So Please get updated with all new Updates from SFDC and get ready with more scenario based questions.
Fun interview, learned a lot of the basics of Salesforce and other products that the company offers. Also learned a lot about the day to day process of the average Developer there.
