I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn, got a call as a first filter where I was asked about my previous experience, some questions in English, then a couple of days later I got my second interview with the manager where I got asked some similar questions and questions about decision making in the workplace and some more questions in English, finally a couple more days later I got the technical interview where I had to solve a problem that was assigned to me depending on my previous relevant experience. Everyone was really friendly and helpful during the process, and overall it was around a week long since the recruiter contacted to the hiring decision, the best experience I've had.
