It was smooth and positive .They ask about day to day task and technical skills mentioned on cv. Interviewers were very polite and asked about previous experience mostly. I got offer in 1 month after interview and accepted it.

Below is the whole interview process of IBM
1 First round - Technical. They will ask technical questions related to Primary skill.
2 Second round - Managerial - They will discuss the general questions.
3 Online test - This is mandatory in IBM
4 HR - In this round salary discussion takes place.

I applied through LinkedIn. It took about 2 weeks. Had an online test followed by technical interview and which inturn followed by manager interview. Then had a communication round followed by cognitive ability assessment.
