HR interview, then a Hiring Manager interview, followed by Two Tech interviews here in Philippines, There were a total of 3 rounds but after that there were no feedback after that if selected or not. Please send rejection emails stop ghosting candidates. It only takes a few minutes to notify people. Do the right thing.

Online Test – Aptitude (math, reasoning, English) + Coding test.
Technical Interview – Questions on programming (Python, Java, etc.), databases, and basic concepts like OOPs, SQL, and projects you did.
HR Interview – Questions about yourself, your strengths, career goals, and why you want to join IBM.
👉 In short: Test → Technical → HR.

Had an online technical test in python, consisted of 2 questions and wasn't too difficult, was similar to leetcode type of problems with structures and algorithms, can be solved pretty easily.
