The written exercise was to write about a business success. The face to face interviews covered culture fit, consulting expertise and industry expertise. The case study team three candidates of different skillset and set them to solve a business problem and present to a panel

Asked about the E2E Manufacturing process, implementation tools. Behavioral questions and leadership approach on some scenarios.

Interview process was quick, very prompt with timings. Had a great interview with room to explain my views on the subject. Had 4 rounds and the difficulty level increased as the levels pass. HR and offer process was very slow. Took more than 2 weeks to even talk about numbers.
