I got sent a coding assessment promptly after having sent in the application. The coding assessment was 1 hr. 30 min. I passed all the test cases for one of the questions, and I came one test case short on the second. I never heard back from IBM after the interview and it has been about two and a half months.

I got asked two questions that were heavily array based. I would say the first was a typical LC medium array problem and the second was substantially harder and had a lot of interval work.
Met with team manager and engineer who asked about past experience and asked 3 easy definitional python questions. Lasted about 30 minutes, maybe less. Asked about what area of tech I was interested in, to determine what kind of project they would give me.

I got an email to complete a Cognify Assessment which was basically a gamified IQ test. I was then told to complete a Hackerrank coding assessment. Consisted of an easy leetcode, medium leetcode and a DevOps task (ssh on to a server and do something)
