Like many have stated, they ghost during the interview process and do not respond to emails. For a IBM company, it's so unexpectantly unprofessional. The recruiter contacted 3x for the same postition. Each time I responded and they would ghost for two weeks then come back requesting a interview. The recruiter didn't seem to know anything about the role or team. And she didn't ask me any relevant questions. It lasted around 15 minutes.

IBM has three level of inteveriew . It has more quality standard in interview Session.Interview session on time. The list of questions are more valuable questions. All the questions are practical questions. That is implemented in the project.It gives more value added the IBM.
