Als erstes wurde man gebeten, die eigene Person bzw. seinen Werdegang vorzustellen. Danach wurde die Stelle und Rolle vorgestellt und es mussten diverse Fragen beantwortet werden. Zum Ende konnte man noch eigene Fragen stellen.

There's an automated virtual assessment interview as part of the application, where they'll ask you to record answers for 2 questions, followed by 2 rounds of interviews with an associate, manager, or director from the team.

How does your background align with the role you're applying for
This was a recorded interview. Mostly behavioral. Interface was simple but email assessment instructions did not describe that would be the environment. The assessment was on an online platform called Knockri.
