Firstly you should pass the call interview on native language and English. On the call you receive various questions and some of them are technical. 1-3 days after the call you receive e-mail with test that you should do. It is logical. After that if you pass the previous steps you will be invited on interview. During the interview you will discuss themes about your previous experience, everything in your CV, explaining what you will do in urgent cases and s.o.
Passed first round of interview process, received confirmation to proceed, then the hiring manager realized I wasn't eligible due to a mistake in the job description and disqualified me -_-
it was good the process was bit difficult it was about jurnal entries and accounting three rounds of interview with technical hr and resume shotlisting technical is bit hard to crack
Average. Totally 3 rounds, 1st round is the phone screening , then 2nd round interview, meet with direct managers after a week, then meet with department managers in 2 weeks...............
