1. HackerRank Coding Round on SQL || 2. Managerial Round || 3. Case Study Round || Unfortunately, my experience took a downturn during the case study round. While I reached this stage of the interview process, no clear expectations were communicated regarding the case study. Despite dedicating significant time and effort to complete the analysis, dashboarding, and PPT, I was disappointed to learn that my candidature was not advanced further. What was even more disappointing was the lack of feedback on my performance in the case study round. While I understand that feedback may not always be provided after every interview, I believe that when candidates are asked to dedicate 2-3 days to work on a case study, it is reasonable to expect feedback on their performance. || In conclusion, while the initial rounds of the interview process at IBM were satisfactory, the lack of clear expectations and feedback in the case study round left a negative impression. I hope that IBM will consider providing clearer guidance and feedback to candidates in the future to improve the interview experience. || Also, I have marked the Interview Difficulty Level as "Difficult" because of the time and effort it required to complete the case study.

thorough and time consuming. didn't get the job but thought it was a good process for hiring. hopefully my next interview with them will go better. seems like a great place to work.
