I had some senior members interview me. we discussed the research that I did during my time in college and how it linked to the position that they wanted to fill.
The first round was a 1:1, after which they brought me into a panel with the senior members. I think they were just trying to see which team i would fit in with the best during the second round interview.

The questions were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. Communication from the recruitment team was timely and transparent.
