Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso IBM (Markham, ON) nel mese di ott 2024
Colloquio
I applied online and was invited to complete a coding assessment. The assessment consisted of two questions with a time limit of one hour, and I successfully solved both questions (all tests passed). However, three days later, I received a rejection for the same position without any explanation.
I find it confusing why the IBM recruitment team would send me a coding assessment if I wasn’t considered a fit for the role. Additionally, it's frustrating to be rejected after completing the assessment successfully. I believe I deserve an explanation as to why I wasn't considered for the role, especially after meeting the assessment criteria. IBM should not waste candidates' time without providing proper feedback.

## IBM Interview Process
The process began with initial resume shortlisting, followed by competitive **DSA and coding rounds** to test core technical concepts. After clearing those, I cleared two comprehensive interviews with the **Hiring Manager/Tech Expert** and **HR**.
Describe the interview process: The process consisted of three rounds: an initial online assessment focusing on data structures and algorithms, followed by two technical video interviews. The technical rounds were intensive, covering system design, live coding, and deep-dive questions into previous project experience and database optimization.
