For the assessment day: we had 2 group exercises, each group had different people.
we had a presentation that was prepared before hand, and we were given the presentation topics we had to include for example why ibm, what will you bring to ibm, when have you showed teamwork etc
Passed first round of interview process, received confirmation to proceed, then the hiring manager realized I wasn't eligible due to a mistake in the job description and disqualified me -_-
it was good the process was bit difficult it was about jurnal entries and accounting three rounds of interview with technical hr and resume shotlisting technical is bit hard to crack
Average. Totally 3 rounds, 1st round is the phone screening , then 2nd round interview, meet with direct managers after a week, then meet with department managers in 2 weeks...............
