Two interviews a 30 minutes each. Very casual with the intent of vetting out your personality rather than putting you on the spot. People are the stereotypical Minnesota-nice. The facility looks amazing when you interview, however, do not expect that to stay true once you start working at IBM. They have a quick turnaround on the process and will let you know within a week if you will be given an offer or not. Beware that applying through the IBM website may take up to 6 months before it lands at the program director for the COE.

Passed first round of interview process, received confirmation to proceed, then the hiring manager realized I wasn't eligible due to a mistake in the job description and disqualified me -_-
it was good the process was bit difficult it was about jurnal entries and accounting three rounds of interview with technical hr and resume shotlisting technical is bit hard to crack
Average. Totally 3 rounds, 1st round is the phone screening , then 2nd round interview, meet with direct managers after a week, then meet with department managers in 2 weeks...............
