Explained quite well. Factual and good exchange. Got a good feel for the job. Took a while to be called and told I had the job. Good open communication and expectation setting. Was invited to join another candidate for lunch and that worked out fine. It did not a you vs situation.
3 rounds of interview, HR call, zoom call, onsite panel interview. Not too bad, ppl are cook. they asked technical questions, and also behavior questions. they also give you a chance to ask them questions about culture pay etc.
It was very swift and easy. There were three questions and all had to be done by recording yourself. There was also a coding question and SQP question. It was an hour long interview.

Lengthy but fair interview process. HR personnel, then hiring manager, then team members, and then a non-team person to give outside assessment. Good luck, as it seems tough out there right now.
