The process began with a phone interview with an HR staff member to discuss general aspects of the role, the salary range, and my past experience. The second stage was a video interview with the team’s manager/director, focusing on relevant experience, work style, and approaches to managing projects and deadlines. This was followed by three short tests: Creating a slide based on the provided data and information Editing a document for clarity and conciseness Writing a brief summary highlighting key findings from a report After passing this stage, there was a final interview with the manager/director and two other team members, which focused on discussing past projects, communication style, and ways of working.

The interview process was straightforward, HR phone screen and 2 interviews, each with a relatively simple writing test. Follow-up was fairly fast and communication was good. No red flags or particular issues encountered.
