To apply to this position we need to submit 2 mins. video recorded answer to their questions related to introducing yourself, your experience and why interested.
Later, if shortlisted you will be scheduled for a 45 mins phone interview with the principle. This happens when you technically forget that you have applied.
After that they cal you for an in-person interview which consists of welcome ,tour of the campus with students volunteers,group lunch(checking your compatibility with co-workers),demo lesson,panel interview, Interview with president and closing interview. This entire process takes about 4 hours.

They asked questions about how what was the most challenging project you have done so far? What are your professional failures? What will they see when they observe your classroom? How will u tackle anti-racism? Have you ever encounter a situation where u have to take Tier 2 help?
Went through an initial phone interview then met in person to meet with the Director of Advancement. In person interview was about an hour and a half asking more about constituent customer service, data entry capabilities, and overall goals.
