Takes literally weeks before you'll hear followups or they will simply ghost you after you submit to them fairly easy technical assessments. For a company of this size its quite clear they are conducting idea mining interviews. Don't expect them to actually hire you but simply waste your time and energy as they steal any ideas that you give them from their supposed 'technical assessments'. Absolutely unprofessional organization and it seems to be true from employee reviews that this place is chaotic, it's truly amazes me this company somehow got billions in funding cause they sure as heck don't know what to do with it.
