Several rounds of interviews with different team members, some of these were conducted over the phone. There was a phone screen in the beginning with a team member and then it took several weeks to hear back to schedule an in-person meeting. After that it took few more weeks to go through another interview and then another week to get hired. It's a lengthy process.
3 step process with multiple questions asking about how you would problem solve for client solutions and how to communicate to non technical team members. Explaining using documentation can prove advantageous as well!

This interview contained standard questions about productivity, interests, organizational skills, values, past experiences. it was pretty standard, only one round but took a while to hear back with their decision.

Recruiter call - HM panel - Teammates. It depends on the project also. If you are not heard back from them after the 2nd interview within 1 week, high chance that you don't get the job.
