I applied online, had an initial call with HR, a Skype interview and completed a test. I agreed with one of the hiring managers a specific time to complete the test but the manager in charge forgot to send it. I contacted her and she explained that she could not send the test as "had something unexpected on". We agreed she'd send the test two days later. However, I did´t receive anything so I contacted her again. She only got back to me more than an hour later - and ignored my previous email. She actually said she had sent it on time - but she was obviously lying and gave me some sort of excuse. Unfortunately, I was in the middle of something else when I finally received the test and the instructions were not even clear. Definitely not impressed at all and did't really make me want to work with that manager that came across to me as disorganised and not too considerate with other people's time.
