The process was insightful to meet various HR staff and business leaders but an extremely long process. The process also included assessments. It is nice to have a company that wants to collaborate and have consensus into hiring the right candidate but this could be accomplished in a more efficient process.

They told us to declare the results in the coming week, but it is still awaited
