I reached out to an employee that worked at ICF who passed my resume along to the right people. I was able to interview with five team members. They were very nice, asked great questions, and answered all my questions, as well. I felt like they understood the where I was at in my professional skill level and were willing to provide guidance to build me up.
The interview processes was refreshing... very conversational. The purposed seemed to just to confirm reported skillset was accurate and to make sure you would be a good fit personality wise.
