I filled out an online application and was contacted by a recruiter who told me who would be interviewing me in a Zoom meeting. We had the Zoom meeting within the week and just two days later I was told I was not selected.

One of the questions was how did I manage timelines and schedules.
I had one interview with a recruiter and one 1-hour long interview with a group of 3 people. I heard back from the recruiter in around 1 or 2 weeks with an offer.

Interview with leaders who have been with the company for 10 plus years and interview with the team the position would work with. Both teams were welcoming and the interview felt like a conversation.
