Chaotic and unstructured interview process
Extremely unprofessional through out the interview process and too many touch points who are completely unaware of the next steps.
They have min budget for key roles but collect all of your personal documents unnecessarily and will offer you a role/compensation much below your current compensation not even considering your current pay levels.
They have no respect for you or your time.
