Short intro of self, short intro to the role.
Asked a series of questions about a specific circuit specifically an AC to DC rectifier, some microcontroller questions about monitoring incoming voltages, microcontrollers driving bjts, flyback resistors for motors. failure modes of the system.
Then I was given a device with the cover off and asked to talk about what I saw, hot side, cold side etc.
I was then walked through the factory and other facilities, some questions here and there about my experience. I suggest going in with UL knowledge, maybe emi and wireless devices and failure mode analysis, as well as basic ac to DC circuit knowledge.
There were a lot of questions but not especially hard

Please walk me through this circuit, tell me what you see and what it's doing. Circuit was a rectifier that was connected to a micro controller microcontroller monitored power stability using gpio.
Then there were motor driver (relays or mosfets) with a flyback diode, and a bjt with a cap on base being driven by uController.

Pretty easy. One and one and group interview. Overall interview process pretty easy. Might call back for a follow-up interview by HR and other managers. A factory tour will be offered if they see potential in you.

The interview was with the Electrical Engineering supervisor. Applied through campus recruiting. Mainly was asked about projects that I had worked on. It involved a lot of behavioral questions and technical questions as well.
