It was easy and laid back, at the time. I met with the Owner/CEO and Shop/Production Manager. They asked a few questions, showed me the shop and, and introduced me to a couple of the guys I would be working with. I was in and out of there within an hour. And felt greatly over dressed when I showed up in slacks and button-down shirt.
