Contacted by ICON talent acquisition via LinkedIn - they were very nice, informed, and were able to answer most of my questions.
Virtual interview set up with two of the Directors a couple weeks later, then Sr. Director and VP another couple weeks after. Everyone I spoke with asked great questions and were very transparent with me about the Pros/Cons of the company, challenges they had encountered through acquisitions, and what the expectations of the position were.
Have been here for almost 6 months and am very happy with both my new co-workers and the company as a whole. Very transparent as far as I have seen and see a bright future here at ICON.

All questions were specific to the position and expertise within the field. Non job specific questions were related to how I interact with individuals within and outside my organization as well as how I work.
Very friendly interviewers and team seemer friendly too. Overall the whole interview process was quite short. Team was also quick replying to emails and questions I had which was much appreciated.
