I applied for the CTA position on Icon's website. After applying I received a phone call from the recruiter for a quick phone screen. After that I was invited for an in-person interview the following week with 3 hiring managers, panel style. The interview was about an hour and a half long with the basic tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, why this position questions, and then of course situational / behavioral questions. Couple days later I was called back by the recruiter with an offer.

Entrevista com recrutador, durou média de 20 min, exigência de fluência em Inglês (fluência se tem quando usamos todos os dias), o cargo exigia 4 dias presenciais, oferecia ótimos benefícios.
