Submitted CV online,two days later I got a call from company HR and had a short phone interview, I was asked to come to the office and we made an appointment for the next week. I had on site interview with 2 people, director and manager.

It was a 2 weeks long selection process. I applied on LinkedIn on a Monday and got a reply on Thursday. Invited for a virtual interview. Got back to me within a week with an offer.

3 interviews; 1st one is screening, 2nd with the line manager and 3rd with HR. It was a long, tedious process. Was asked normal interview questions, mostly behavioural questions. Like “how do you handle pressure at work?”
