I applied via the company's portal for employment applications, including CV, letter and other usually required certifications like college degree. Several questions were asked and this was a two interview process, first with HR and then with my future boss.
I have gone through the first round of interviewing with ICON for the CTA role and it was 5 timed questions basically getting a feeling for if I would be appropriate for this role at all. There is not a lot of time to think but the questions are very standard.

Primero es una llamada, luego ya te agendan entrevista con el manager. La entrevista es en español e inglés, presencial. Fue muy ameno todo, me sentí bien y cómoda. Recomiendo practicar las preguntas basicas en ingles para ir bien preparado.

Apliqué mediante Workday y 2 meses después me contactaron para una entrevista mediante HireVue con una duración aproximada de 25 min, te muestran la pregunta y 30 segundos después respondes, dan como 3 min por pregunta
