Comment feriez vous une mise en place d'étude cliniques par téléphone
Two phone interviews were conducted. The first where you meet with the recruiter. Then the second with a Functional Manager and someone in this role already to answer any questions.
Mi hanno subito messo a mio agio i Manager con i quali sono entrata in contatto.
C'è stato solo un unico step selettivo, molto smart, rapido e diretto.

Step one recruiter call. Step two video prescreening (about 5 questions) if you pass that step it is followed by hour long zoom interview with two functional managers broken into 30 minute sessions.
