First they mail you to get an appointment for HR interview, then followed by schedule a preferred time for recruiter interview then if selected they mail the offer letter. If you have any query after that you can directly contact the HR for selary negotiation or any other update

Two rounds, digital interview and after that interview with the hiring manager. Standard questions for CTA, easy if you have some experience/knowledge in the clinical research area. The process took around two weeks to complete both interviews and receive offer.
