There were four rounds of interviews. The first one was a screening with a recruiter. Second interview was with two team leads and was mostly analytical questions. I would study the info on the sas certification exam and know a little about sql and macros going into that interview. Third interview was with the potential manager and was mostly interpersonal questions/what would you do in this situation. Fourth interview was with senior leadership and was also interpersonal questions to see if you have a growth mindset and are a good fit for the team.
